All of my concerns have always been addressed promptly. I like this place and will always come here first!
The nurse here was incredibly rude. She sat behind the glass and waved her hands in the air like “what do you want.” I said I wasn’t feeling well and asked if I could get an appointment. Rather than a polite response she raised her voice and said there were already two people in front of me and then she was closing. Exasperated, she then stated “I didn’t even get a lunch break today, so...” as if it was my fault for not feeling well. I will definitely look elsewhere for urgent care from now on.
The NP there really took her time. I would definitely recommed this clinic.
