Loved the vibe in this place, what I don’t like is how the lady that’s serving beer and pastries in the first floor was so rude to everyone there. Her vibe was the worse, my husband and I just asked for a cake and if we could leave our leftover box there in the counter for five minutes while we where going to the bathroom and she literally yield at us two times and did a horrible noise with her mouth like if we where a burden to her. Took 59 minutes to get our order and the waiter wasn’t sure what we ordered the orders came out one at a time . Actually gaged on the rotten fruit on the salad I will never be returning. They seem to only excel at being political.
Madeline Marilyn the Brazen unfriendliness of the owner suggest she needs mental therapy. she literally starts fights with people who were invited to attend. just because her tarot cards told her something about me. I will never darken the doorstep of the Mercury Cafe again.......
checked this place out with my sister. fantastic atmosphere and definitely reminds me of doctor whos tardis. seemingly bigger on the inside than it looks from outside. definitely recommend checking it out.
I’ve been here for progressive events/meetings. I like their venue & that they promote progressive values.
The Mercury Cafe is a venue of cultural renaissance, magic, love, openness, creativity, art, and good food. A piece of real Denver I hope we always have in our changing city.
