checked this place out with my sister. fantastic atmosphere and definitely reminds me of doctor whos tardis. seemingly bigger on the inside than it looks from outside. definitely recommend checking it out.

The Mercury Cafe is a venue of cultural renaissance, magic, love, openness, creativity, art, and good food. A piece of real Denver I hope we always have in our changing city.

Why are you guys listed on yelp as closed on Saturdays?
I do indeed reccomend this place overall. I have now been 3 or 4 times. Twice to poetry / spoken word nights. Once just to hang and have a little bite to eat and tonight to hear a friend perform (sing and play guitar). I ordered a meal because was hungry it was just ok not super flavorful and kind of over priced. As someone who cooks a lot and also shops for items like tofu and veggies I know how cheap they are.
