Happened to be in Manchester one day and I decided to go into Merchants auto, since they have such a wide selection of cars, and get an idea of what's out there today. Ryan Spada met me on the lot, he was great! Ryan appreciated that I was just looking, very unsure of what I was looking for. He took the time to listen and try to decifer what I was thinking. After looking at 15 cars and testing driving a few, I went home. I did a little comparing online and returned 2 days later. Great service. NO pressure.
Just had to sign on and leave an awesome review!!! I came into merchants auto today with the mindset of lookimg for a new car to replace mine. The sales person (Ryan Spada) was very helpful in getting a very favorable loan rate especially since I didnt have any credit. I was looking to compare a purchase to a lease from another company and Ryan was able to fight for me and secured a better deal than the lease. I am ver happy with the deal i got.
Awesome experience! Mike Amburg was exceptional. Very easy and smooth experience. We felt at ease and not pressured at all. We would recommend Mike to anyone who needs a vehicle.
