Merchants Auto and Rudy Makara were absolutely amazing! They got me exactly what I wanted and never stopped trying to get me a better deal. They even called me the next day with a fantastic deal even after I had already filled out all the paperwork. Very caring staff that didn't pressure me into anything like most dealerships do. I have recommended them to so many friends and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I came into Merchants today looking to make a change from an SUV to a smaller vehicle. I have purchase three other autos and this was by far the best of those experiences. Without a doubt I will be back in the future and thank you to Ryan Spada for the great sales experience. He's the man.

So I bought my truck form Merchants, I was happy with the process. And they delivered it to me in Massachusetts which was great. I had one problem, which was a communication problem, not a vehicle problem. Marcus stepped up and fixed the problem as soon as he became aware of it. Merchants does care and they want the customer to be happy. Will recommend them and will buy from them again.
First time coming to Merchant's, Peter shook my hand at the door and told me I'd be leaving with the car I wanted and he was absolutely right. This is the second time I have been to Merchants Auto. I was here with my son two months ago and the experience with him was go satisfying that I came back for myself. I came today thinking I would walk away with the same vehicle that I dorove in with but the Wizards here worked their magic and I have a new car that I am extremely satisfied with.
