Buying a near new pre-owned SUV from Merchants was a great experience. We purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer LTD with 12k miles on it and January and we love it. Their Service is top notch too. First free oil change which we just had done. Nice people and a great place to do business. We will be back

I have to say buying my new car at merchants had to be one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. Everyone was so nice. Answered all my questions. I was so excited to be driving a new car home. They are 5 stars in my eyes!
