Great service - Zach made life especially easy
I came to Merchants because I needed an automobile. My old VW wasn't cutting it any more. Due to a disability 7 years ago, It's been an arduous task getting anything financed . The excellent staff took care of me and put me into a 2012 Nissan Rogue which I could not be happier with. The salesperson, Lisa Petrocelli, was super awesome. She was professional, kind, understanding, and did not take me over the coals. I'm ecstatic!
My husband and I decided to stop in to Merchants to look at cars. Was not expecting to buy that day. However, with the help of Ryan Spada, he helped us into a car that fits our family and a payment that we can afford. Ryan was very patient and professional.
