I was very happy with my experience at Merchant's Auto. I contacted Mark Chartrand who was able to get me into a beautiful Mercedes that I had preselected off of the website. I was in and out of the dealership very quickly with no hassle. Steve Coimbra, in Finance, was a great help getting the loan set up and outfitting me up with a great warranty. The whole process was fast, easy, and I am extremely satisfied. Mark was absolutely fantastic. Highest recommendation!
