I went into the dealership with payment expectations realistic with my household income, and they wholeheartedly honored this without hassle. My family needed a new van but not the hassle of buying a new vehicle. Our sales person Ryan Spada was efficient, pleasant and no-nonsense. We had an extremely easy and enjoyable experience purchasing our vehicle. I would highly recommand Ryan S. in sales and Tim Randlett in finance.
In the past 5 years I bought 3 cars from Merchants. Every experience has been great. Chris helped me from the start and has been a huge help. He got me what I wanted and the car I came here to get.
