Andre was fantastic ;)... He made our experience fantastic and uneventful. I would come back here again. I highly recommend Andre as a salesman. He is personally and no nonsense.
Loved the service we received today! Our sales agent Jim Smith was absolutely fantastic!! He had a great sense of humor and was able to walk us through the process and never made us feel like we were a bother. This was the first time for me buying a car and he was able to answer all my questions and explain everything. I would recommend everyone to this dealership and tell them to ask for Jim! It was well worth the drive and money!!!
First time buyer, and needless to say I am more then happy with my experience here today! Not only did I get a wonderful car but my agent Andre was incredible! Today I bought a car and Chris was nothing but a 100 % with me. He was honest and to the point. Merchants doesn't harass you into buying anything you cant afford. I felt very comfortable in making the decision I made with them on my loan. If your looking for a newer used car I strongly suggest going to Merchants and asking for Chris! :)

I went into this place after the sudden death of my old car, needing one desperately in the next 24 hours so I could commute to work. Peter Phaneuf was my sales rep and not only was he very nice and helpfull over the phone, but he did everything possible to make sure I got a car I could afford that had everything I needed.
