Zach was great! First I went to merchants to help my daughter buy a minivan and the first one he brought around for us to look at was the exact one we ended up buying! Very friendly helpful and not a pushy salesman Because I felt comfortable with Zach u asked him to find me a pick up truck with very specific features right down to the color. The next day he had found it for me!!! Amazing! We bought it that week! Good guy all around.
Zack was a phenomenal person to deal with all the way through my transaction. From begging to end. No 30 annoying phone calls like other sales people just a great call to remind me that he is still available for me if I need. He customer service was nothing but the best.
