I booked the service well in advance to take my family to and from a concert at Wembley Stadium. My communication with Joanne in the office was great. It turns out I needed the car for longer than expected and she worked with me on the rate to make sure we were able to get to where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. We had an airport pick up from London City. Dragutin was at the airport arrival; professional, efficient, brilliant service. He got us to the car very quickly, avoiding all the headaches with airport car parks. Great, especially after a long day of travelling. The car was immaculate, clean with water and sweets!
