All show and no go. Staggeringly poor experience when enquiring about a used car at this overblown puffed up car dealership. Lazy, indifferent, inept, unwelcoming and plain rude interaction with sales personnel on our visit 24 Aug 2025. Whole experience was bizarre at best. Note to potential customers, other Mercedes dealers are available.

Car service- an absolute disgrace!! Please avoid taking you car there for service or if you take it make sure you take lots of pictures before you drop it off. God knows what solution they have washed my car with but it won’t come off!! Had it polished three times. I’m absolutely fuming! This is completely unacceptable. The silver bar above the doors it s completely ruined as it s the windows. It s the first time with Mercedes- and definitely the last!!
