Fortunately I haven’t had many problems with my Mercedes, but today was my second visit and my second interaction with Dallas Young. He was very friendly, and so was the rest of the staff. The waiting area has many things to keep you occupied so the wait just flies by! Very pleased with the service I have received.

My husband and I were traveling home to northern Indiana via I-65 from Florida last week in our Sprinter van when our engine light came on. The van would not go over 40 mph. We had just crossed into Kentucky from Tennessee. We called Tafel in Louisville and they agreed to look at it when we arrived. We pulled into the dealership around 12:30, and even though the mechanic had just gone to lunch, we were still on the road by 3:00, all fixed and even under warranty. I have been dealing with Tafel Motors and Jeff Hovious for many years and have always come away with a great deal and excellent service. I just recently got a new Mercedes E300 for my birthday and was treated like Queen for a Day (if you can remember that far back). It was a birthday I will always remember due to the special attention that all of the staff at Tafel Motors gave me and my husband. You can't go wrong buying a car at this dealership I assure you.
