Had a very excellent experience working with Cindee and Shawn on the purchase of my vehicle. They were amazingly easy to deal with, no hassle, upfront and things were done quickly. Definitely recommend them and Tafel to anyone looking for a vehicle.
I have to say this car wasn't my favorite (2014 C300) luckily it was a lease. Many problems with tire sensors always coming on and had to replace 2 tires. But now the kicker is that I turned in the car last month with the service light on (because the service department never turned off from when the oil was changed) and now they are trying to collect $350!! Your customer service skills suck! I will never refer anyone to you all.
My car was towed Thursday. I continue to call and receive no answers on the status of my car. I've called numerous times and emailed. As of Saturday, still do not know what is wrong with my car, no calls, service is closed, and no car. Service is hideous!!!!!
