We bought our 4th car this past week and received excellent service and follow thru from Dave McCauley and Todd Cherry. I highly recommend Tafel Motors.
I have never been treated better. My salesman Jeff Hovious was very professional, did not push for a deal and was extremely knowledgable. Dana in Finance was very courteous and worked hard to get me the best interest rate possible. They made a lifelong customer here.

I went into the dealership at the last minute, on a Friday night. I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted and exactly (to the dime) what I was willing to pay. Alisa (sales person) was amazing and made it happen in record time. She should be running the dealership. Noteworthy: none of the fine 'gentlemen' standing around could be bothered to acknowledge me until I was signing the paperwork. Maybe next time I shouldn't go into a Mercedes dealer covered in dog hair after rescuing one. It appears to be frowned upon. #adoptdontshop
I had the best car buying experience and am thrilled with my new car. I researched the car on their website, called about it and made an appointment to see it that day. Joey Sanders worked with me and was great. He answered every question I had, sat through three test drives and helped me pick the right car, which turned out to be the least expensive one. I got exactly what I came for, at the price listed on the website. Completely hassle free.
