Do not purchase a vehicle from them. You will regret it. I made the mistake of buying a 2020 GLS last July and still have yet to receive a copy of my sales contract. On top of that my vehicle is barely 8 months old and has been in the shop more then its been driven. Just purchased a pre-owned. On Saturday...and on Sunday we discovered it has issues. Because we did the test drive in the rain, we could not get it up to speed quickly...and that is where the problem is. Chances are it transmission issues. We could not afford to tac on warrentry (I mean seriously...after the fees...like the dealer prep fee, that was about the same amount as the USAA discount, how convenient). so, here we are...with a car that may have bigger issues.
