The sales person Robert Owens was the best part of the sale , the rest of the dealership people not so helpful. We were expecting more from a Mercedes Benz dealership. But it is understandable the are part of Autonation mass dealer group.

We purchased our Mercedes GLK 350 at this location. When taking my car in for scheduled maintenance the process is always prompt and my loaner is always ready to go. I am kept in the loop with updates while my car is being serviced-and they truly take their time to make sure any issues or concerns with my vehicle have been taken care of prior to me picking up. Rafael Pena was my service advisor. He took care of our needs like family. I have never met him but he took the time to answer all my questions and I had a bunch. He called me after hours and treated my wife and I like king and queen. Can't say enough about the service on our S550. When I picked it up on Sat it looked like a million bucks. Thank you so much.
