Glenn and Philip in sales were great to deal with--knowledgable and no pressure. From test drives of several vehicles on more than one day, to purchase and financing, the process was easy and I was treated with respect. Promptly replied to my email questions. Much better experience at this dealer than South Orlando dealer. First experience with service dept (to apply permaplate coating to vehicle) was very smooth. I am way meticulous about my vehicles and assure you they are the same.
My airbag malfunctioned, in my defective Mercedes-Benz vehicle, while it erratically deployed with tremendous force from my steering wheel into my face and injured me within a fraction of a second. After leaving the shop with the estimate drove back home purchased 2 front tires which was needed. My wife takes the car drives around town. A few hours later she sends my daughter in the house to tell me the car is hard to stop and its hard to steer. Ok. I'm thinking it's the battery which i knew she needed. Went to pepboys , purchase a battery. Slap it in the car. Started it up. Red battery light comes on the dashboard. I'm thinking let it reset itself. NOPE. Smell burning rubber. Pop the hood. I want to thank Michael Tayefeh, Service Manager, for the excellent service he was able to accomplish on my wife's new CLA250. She heard a slight rattle that was diagnosed as a detailed problem in the engine. It was repaired with great care & the car is running 100% now. She had loaner cars during the whole time her car was in the shop. Very very thankful for the super care you provided.
Met Ivan Bravo on Saturday and I must say, this was the simplest purchase of a car I have ever done. It took longer just picking out the right car. If you want to purchase a Mercedes, go and see Ivan Bravo. The whole team I met with were amazing! Thank you for making my experience world class!
