Thanks to Drake Grable my experience getting my car serviced was fantastic. I usually dread it. From the start, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He treated us like family. I particularly was appreciative of his explanations of needed procedures. Usually, service writers think because you are female, there is no use for explanations. He reviewed everything to be done and answered all questions. It feels like I have a new family member at Mercedes. Drake was terrific -- a very nice person, indeed! Many thanks.
I have to say that just when I thought good customer service was dead, Rafael Pena restored my faith that good costumer relations are possible. He went above and beyond for me and I have been a loyal Mercedes for many years, and because of people like him, I'll remain so. Thank you for caring! P.S. The only thing I'm disappointed with is that the replacement key for my car is going to cost over $500. I accepted higher cost of maintenance for these cars, but that is outrageous. Adam Collins

My last service here was handled by my service advisor Drake. I am 100% completely satisfied with the service, and Drake was very friendly and prompt to get my car fixed. This was not the first time: everytime I visit here the service has been phenomenal. Thank you for the outstanding service and keep up the good work.

Service was awesome, got my car in on short notice and found all the problems. Repairs made and next day I picked it up and drives like New again. All the people were very helpful and courteous. Very busy place but I never felt like I was being rushed.
