Hi FBF The overall experience was great the process was smooth, easy, and timeless which worked very well for me.the sales person never applied any pressure, the finance manager kept the paper work moving with any and all questions answered in the context of the concerned area.The problem that I had with the vehichle was taken care of just as the salesman stated. Thanks Mike Shattuck for always taking care of my service needs. My husband was happy i bought my Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Orlando because he never has to get involved in my service issues. They treat women with respect and things are done in a timely manner. Ed Taylor is a great service manager. And of course the best in sales is Phil Carter (bought my 6th car from him!)

Outstanding customer service. I didn't feel like a number. Aaron Beerbower did a fantastic job. I received my car back with 100% satisfaction all issues were resolved after a mechanical failure. Aaron made sure my car was completed when he said it would. Very reliable. Plus, I was given a courtesy car (2017 Mercedes-Benz CLA Coupe) to get around in, while my car was being serviced, so I wasn't left without some wheels. Thank you for your top of the line service and care, Mercedes Benz of Orlando-Maitland. You've won me over.
Made an appointment online for 10:00. Got here at 9:40. At 11:35 the person who I was told was going to be working on my car went to "check on the progress". They hadn't even started because "they were very busy today." I'd be a lot less pissed if someone had told me that it was going to be awhile. Instead I was just sitting in the lounge thinking work was being completed. Worst service center anyone could possibly go to.
I think for selling expensive vehicles, the goodies ( entertainment )section is on the cheap side! Benz step up your game! You have some cars cost over $100,000 make the atmosphere a more enjoyable experience! You can't even change the channel on your tv section ( no news) I thought we are in America and not Cuba! When I go to service my Honda they have a better section for customers. On the bright side my service guy is awesome. Please take these comment as a moment to improve. You guys and gals are selling MERCEDES BENZ!
