My 2015 Smart for two sounded like squirrels cracking nuts under the center dash. Making an appointment was fast and efficient with a single call. My service writer, Aaron, went above and beyond answering questions and providing details. Customer lounge comfortable and equipped with coffee, PCs, wifi and charging stations. After doing quite a bit of research online, I decided the best inventory and pricing was at Mercedes Benz Orlando (NOT SOUTH ORLANDO or NORTH ORLANDO!!) Located in Maitland, it was easy to get to. I had the absolute BEST experience with Bob Kopperud, the salesman who helped me. He listened to what I wanted, showed me what I asked for, and answered all my questions. I've leased a lot of company vehicles for over 30 years, and your honesty and integrity was amazing. Gary Weinhold and James L. DeLoach along with your business manager are the best. Informing on the USAA discount through Mercedes really made it affordable and cheaper than the Infinity by a long shot. We had to drive 28 miles but it was worth it, beat every dealership here in Brevard County. Thank you so much
The gentleman came to program my garage door opener. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing and programmed it in just few minutes. It would take me forever to figure out how to do it. Great customer service and I thank him for that quick service.
Mike just walked away from my wife as she was explaining her paint issue. "Sorry about your car" This is 2nd time we have been there and 2nd time he's rubbed us the wrong way. Maybe we just aren't his flavor of people! We'll be going to Millenia from now on.
