RecommendedI had my S550 taken to Mercedes of Orlando and they were able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly. When I expressed concerned about the cost, they found ways to reduce that burden. However, they found additional issues that needed to be addressed and set up a service plan that was realistic for me. Alberto was definitely helpful and patient thru the process. Will return later to get everything done. Got the car back cleaned and ready for a road trip!

RecommendedI had the very best experience with MB Orlando and more particularly Robert ("Bob") Kopperud; i never had such an experience buying a car; Bob was very tuned to what I was looking for and immediately directed me to the car I was actually looking for, a 2017 E400 Coupe low mileage (literally new!) and which was a good deal.
