We recently had a problem with our car and needed to take it in for servicing. Rafael was our service rep this time. He was absolutely wonderful. He returned calls in a timely manner and kept us updated on the progress, from the diagnostics through completion. He was always polite and friendly. I would definitely use them again in the future and I highly recommend Rafael for his unsurpassed customer service.
This dealership is a rip off. quoted a price for service of $399.00 and then charged $718.00. wrote letter to general manager and he didn't even have enough respect to respond.
Came here for my tire replacement for GLA. Came at 10am today. Waited 35min for service coordinator. Got loaner car for meeting. Came back from meeting. Car is not even touch and was told that I have no tire protection and would cost $300 to replace. I insisted that I have protection. They checked my car sale file (13 month ago) and found tire protection paper. I just wasted 4 hrs of sleep despite of working last night at work and have to work tonight. Very bad service today. I did not expect this from MB of Orlando.
Very pleasant employees. I went in the service department drop my car and within 15 minutes I was on a loaner and on my way. Great fast service!!
Sam, our sales rep was wonderful and knowledgeable. Extremely easy and pleasant, however, the actual business transaction left a lot to be desired. This was not with Sam. He gets 5 stars for his service, this part of the service I would give 2 stars and that would be generous.
