They low ball you on trade and more importantly the cars they sell are junk. I dove a car with 18k miles on it that went through there 300 point inspection. I was in the car foe 30 seconds and the alignment was off and the maintenance light was on, not sure how there master techs missed that one. Beware they sell junk and do little if any checks and refurbishment..

The dealer has described the 2008 Lincoln MKX AWD (light blue) in CarGuru's listing as "Your timing is Exceptional, and please hurry, Outstanding Condition, this Lincoln MKX is in Fantastic Condition". After speaking about the car with a salesperson at Mercedes-Benz of Westmont, I drove from Shorewood to Westmont based on the salesperson's description of the vehicle as "Exceptionally Clean!" As soon as I saw the car I was very disappointed due to a large scrape/gouge and blackish mark about 18"-20" long above the passenge... read more
