Even though I did not purchase the vehicle, Jim Fico was wonderful to work with. Communication was clear, the vehicle was exactly as described and ready for me to test drive, and every staff member said hello to me when I walked into the dealership. I would recommend this dealership.
Made us feel comfortable and the process was good. I didn't appreciate the offer for my vehicle and felt it was too low. They didn't offer what car gurus had said they would offer so I was disappointed with that.
