Sales associate responded to my email shortly after I sent it. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and we scheduled an appointment. During the test drive she discussed the vehicle's history, and the servicing that the dealership performed on the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this dealership.

Not the best of experience. Absolute rip offs , completed 3 hard enquiries without clearly letting me know the impact. Unable to get me a favorable deal, car ended up having some accident history reported from carfax but online it says none. They consistently promised a lot of bs just to cajole me to sign a contract and they failed in doing so eventually.

Pleasant enough however I'm not paying a premium price( 10k to 15K) over sticker. I think its called price gauging. Went to another dealer and paid sticker for the same vehicle.

Ken, Tom and Sylvia were wonderful. Saw the car. Dealt with some logistical hurdles but they were kind, accommodating and great problem solvers.
