We drove 3 hours to look at this car for my daughter who just graduated after being in the Army for six years and needed a newer car. After we test drove the car, we went to park it back where we pulled out from and the manager came up to us and chewed us out. He indicated that backing up into the spot would mess up the pattern for everything facing forward. He was so rude. He then went on to ask us who gave us permission to park there. Got back to me right away and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. Excellent, professional pictures of the vehicle. Not blurry cell phone pics like so many other dealerships. That was super important to me because I was driving over 3 hours to look at the car. It was clean and exactly as pictured when I arrived to look at it in person. I was surprised at how quick they responded to my inquiry. The vehicle was better than I anticipated. The vehicle was not ready immediately because of a repair that was needed. I didn’t have to wait too long to test drive. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I felt that they really wanted my business and tried all they could to get me approved. I will recommend my friends and family to this dealership. Overall satisfied.
