Very nice people to talk to but like I told them the Dodge dealers are asking the same price for the brand new 2016 so why buy used?
Timely response. Although, they could do a better job of knowing that someone else already responded in the same way. But, better safe than sorry I guess. I was intending on purchasing that car, seemed like a good value.

The sale associate Jim Fico got back to me on the same day of my inquiries regarding the vehicle and provided me with all the information that I needed to make a decision to drive from Michigan and purchase the vehicle on November 20th. The process in the purchasing step was made very easy and seamless with Jim and the finance manager Christina Pucci assisting through the entire process. I will be referring relatives and friends to when they are in the market for can vehicle.

Follow up was good with original sales associate. However, he was not available to meet me due to his conflicted schedule. When I went to see the car, I was not impressed with the overall appearance of the car. I thought it would have been at least washed and cleaned, considering the fact I had an appointment to see the car.
