Took my car just to change oil, filters, and break fluid. After three days i had no break fluid and no breaks also the engine light had come on and the car was not pulling at all i took it back to them and they said its the car fault it’s nothing to do with them. But they were the one that changed the break fluid how come its cars fault. I am very un happy with the service.
My GLC broke down over the weekend while visiting Southampton and had my vehicle recovered to the dealership. As I was out of warranty, I was expecting a big bill after the diagnostics — which is usually the case with main dealers. My experience here at Marshall Mercedes dealership in Southampton was frustrating due to an avoidable issue. I needed assistance with the MercedesMe system, but was informed that only one person in the servicing department was trained on it. This became a major problem when that individual was on holiday for a significant extended period of time, leaving me unable to resolve the issue.
