Mike and Darren and the crew at Mercedes-Benz of Salem service department are top notch. Always polite and attentive and in our case they worked and worked and investigated and consulted until the problem with our Sprinter "check engine" light was finally solved. We just took our rig out for a 100 mile spin, and NO check engine light lit! Whoo hoo!
The service was amazing. We live 2 hours away and you were so helpful and attentive to our needs. We so appreciated all of your help in the repairs to our car.
Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Drove over an hour for an appointment to see a 'pristine' used Mercedes to find a piece of junk not worth $500 let alone what they asked. Salesman was indifferent to us when he found out we were looking at used.
