I'd been looking at cars for my 17 year old son for over a month. I knew what I wanted and tried several smaller car lots. I really wanted a larger trustworthy car dealership with a good name and of course good reviews. I finally found the car I wanted at Mercedes Benz of Salem. My review will confirm Mercedes Benz of Salem is not the type of business you should support with your hard earned dollars. Likely they are overcharging you are not telling you whole truths. Businesses that operate in this manner should not be in business. I worked with Brian Merrell while shopping for a diesel sprinter van and I had the very best experience with him! After one phone call, Brian found a Mercedes-Benz sprinter that fit my specs to the T. I was extremely pleased with the financing that was made available through the dealership and I'm still I'm still in awe of my 2016 Bluetec. From the first phone call to schedule service on our Sprinter RV we received excellent service from this dealership. Donovan Rodriguez inspired our confidence in this dealership when we called to report two engine warning lights were lit on our RV. Went in to purchase a Sprinter van, fully expecting to have to wait for next years production. Brian was able to get us a 2017, and spent the time to make sure that it will have all the features we want. He's a sweetheart!
