We purchased our first Mercedes from Cyndy Paterson at Mercedes of Salem. My situation was unique because I didn't have very much time to dedicate to the buying process at the dealership and needed most to be started digitally. When I asked if this was possible Cyndy didn't even flinch! She got everything started for us and made the process quick and easy and we were in our new car by the end of the day. Her follow-up after the process was excellent too. A+ experience. Thank you!

I had been debating on buying a car for a few months and finally went in to Mercedes to test drive one I had found online. Abel met me there and was so friendly and accommodating, I ended up buying the car the next day. From start to finish he made sure I was %100 comfortable with my purchase. Excellent customer service all around and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.
Just bought a brand new 2020 CLA 250. What an amazing experience. Highly recommend working with Abel. He was such a professional and I felt he was on my side throughout the buying experience. Abel was cool and very knowledgeable with all different options available and even though they didn't have the color I wanted on the lot. He didn't hesitate to order me the exact car I wanted. I can't stress it enough what an easy experience it was. Give them a call and they won't let you down!
My husband and I just got a van from Brian and Eli. It was the best, easiest experience we’ve ever had with getting a vehicle. We tried to go to the Mercedes-Benz in Wilsonville and the customer service was absolutely the worst. They didn’t care, they were snippy and rude making us feel like calling to ask a simple question was a waste of their time. So happy we found this place in Salem with people who were nice and went beyond and above.
Able helped me trade in my damaged Benz for a new one and was amazing! I told him what I wanted and he showed me my opinions. The whole time I felt like he was working with my best interests in mind! As someone who has never financed a car before, it was intimidating to do so but Able and the finance department made it so easy and stress free! I love my new Benz! 😃
Hit a pothole two weeks ago in Portland and it cracked my rim. Had to special order a new one from Mercedes-Benz. It finally arrived and now I don’t have to fill up my tire every two hours. Thanks for the great service at Mercedes-Benz of Salem. Joe, the service advisor, called to let me know it arrived early, squeezed me in, and even detailed my car.
I can not speak highly enough about my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Salem.
