We bought a brand new 4 wheel drive Sprinter from Mercedes Benz of Salem in the summer of 2016. We also bought the extended warranty for the van. We have been asking to have the screaming brakes fixed since the day we bought it, but for some reason they are incapable of fixing them. It appears that there is a problem with the braking system that Mercedes doesn't know how to fix. I'm expecting a factory recall soon!
Buying a car has always been something I dread: pushy sales staff, hidden charges, sneaky tactics.... All of that changed the moment I went into Mercedes-Benz of Salem. It was by far the most pleasant and even enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. Ingrid is an OUTSTANDING sales person! She made me feel welcome, informed, and never pressured me into options or prices I did not want. She was so much fun to work with, and the certified pre-owned car? It's absolutely a stunner. You have a customer for life!
I had the pleasure of getting to know John McDonald as part of my search for a Sprinter-based RV, and as a noob to RV's in general, I was so impressed by his extensive knowledge of the awesome MB Sprinter platform. Fantastic Sprinter service. Prices were reasonable for the attention and time spent, and Mike Leblanc ensured my Sprinter camper (2017 LTV Unity) was back to 100% after my summer 7500 mile vacation. I happily drive 90 minutes, and by two other dealerships, to see Mercedes of Salem. Exceptional attention to detail- his keen eye caught a failing part BEFORE it failed- which would have stranded me. Thanks again all!
