They contacted me and were very professional We could not come to a deal because they needed to buy my 2018 vehicular far below wholesale.
They were very rigid on their price. They gave us a terrible offer on our trade. We didn’t make a deal on their 2017 Maserati Ghibli
Great overall experience.
After the initial contact, they never back. As there were pictures on cargurus, I asked them to send pictures and Carfax. Not a good experience dealing with this dealer.
They got right back to me. Great friendly people. We bought from another dealer but I’ll be keeping their contact info for the future.
Jessica is awesome and was willing to go above and beyond the sale. She was personable and offered options. I even got enlightened on some buying tips. Great asset to Mercedes!
