The sales consultant that contacted me, Jennifer P., was extremely professional. She responded quickly to my questions and requests for information. She worked within my stated budget, and showed me the available cars that fit my needs. Throughout our transaction she was honest and very caring. There was no pressure to buy up, or add on warranties. Everything was explained well. It was a wonderful experience to buy my Mercedes from her and this dealership! I highly recommend them!

I am pleased with the quick response of my inquiry. I am in the process of completing a transaction with the dealership. I am not ready to rate them at this time. 2nd update...I decided to purchased the 2013 S500 4matic. I sent in the signed purchase contract, i paid $675 to ship the vehicle. Until now i don't have a copy of my Purchased Contract. The Manager and Finance Manager is very slow to update me on the status of the deal.
