I drove five hours round trip and was unable to see the vehicle, meet my salesperson or even find a place to park. After driving around and waiting for a half hour for instructions on what to do I gave up. The next day the salesman called me to say he was sorry he was busy selling another car and had someone else helping me. Not a great excuse. Otherwise their online communication was tops.

The sales person was helpful but when I investigated the VIN number, it showed the car had been in a wreck. Mercedes bought it from an auction and was selling it at almost s $20,000 premium. Not to honest!
