Despite the Situation of this Pandemic, customer service has been over the top. Nick Collins in Service was a great advisor. The mechanic working on my vehicle (Robbie) was very informative and a great help, but Lenny in the parts department recommended that I come there instead of Independence and I must say it was a great choice. My husband had a great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Northlake. He called & spoke with Paul Alfieri about a Dodge Ram 2500 that he had seen on caregurus.com. Paul answered all of his questions & set up a time for us to go down & look at the truck. He met us at the dealership on his day off.
