Excellent experience with Mercedes-Benz of Northlake and Nicholas Collins is an exceptional Service Advisor. Nicholas communicated regularly via text and or email and was always professional, polite and thorough. I would like to commend MBNL for the exemplary service performed on my 2013 C250. Although I did not purchase my car from this dealership, I chose them for my repair and servicing needs. I used them for a check engine light problem and smaller issues and also for cosmetic and an air bad recall alert. Each time Mr. Nick Collins was my Service Advisor.
