Chad Woods was very kind, professional, and considerate of my need to drop off my vehicle for service quickly. I dropped off my vehicle, completed paperwork, and picked up a service loaner in less than 10 mins. First class service department!
Had a great experience with Harley Barnard after having some terrible experiences shopping at the Independence location. Visiting this dealership to work with Harley is worth the drive from the city, trust me.
Love it there, the people are friendly and if I have to wait more than a hour, sit and watch tv with snacks or I catch their shuttle to the mall!!! Come back and my car is shiny and ready to roll.
I had my Benz worked on here recently. This was my first time going to Northlake because I am new to the area. I had regular scheduled maintenance and some warranty work that needed addressed. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. They were more than accommodating by giving me a brand new loaner car to use while mine was repaired. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
My husband took his beloved Mercedes in and the Service Manager, Christy Owca, was extremely nice and very professional. At this location Christy makes sure customer service is outstanding.
Worst place in the Charlotte Metro for anything related to a Mercedes-Benz...don't patronize this place...abysmal service...terrible all around!
