I absolutely LOVE my car but the customer service ended the day I drove it off the lot (10/14/17). They sell you that they have the best and the FULL day you are there for the purchase they treat you like royalty. A week later they don’t know you exist, including the sales person that sold it to you. We have tried our best to get assistance and we are still waiting on a call back. From the GM.....a lot to be desired! Would recommend a Mercedes hands down but not at this dealership. You are simply a number!!!

I took my car in on 9/8 for a new battery. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. My appoint was at 7:30 and I left at 9:45. Not sure why it took so long to change the battery. Also, I was quoted $326 when I made the appointment and $376. I really like the dealership but I feel service is a little slow.
I've never had a bad experience with this business; but, then again they are Mercedes Benz! �
Harley Barnard was fantastic to work with - 5 stars without question. He was great before, during, and after the purchase of our CPO GL450. Knowledgeable, responsive, patient - and of great help with a few post-sale items that I needed assistance with. He's taken great care of us and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used MB.
