Michael Barajas was our sales person and he was great. He has called several times to follow up on how we like the car. My c class is gorgeous and I highly recommend both car and salesperson.
I considered not even purchasing my vehicle from the Hendricks Mercedes group because I have never experienced at par service - let alone excellence - from the service department. Against my better judgment, I purchased anyway. The service department here is no better than the department I encountered on Independence Blvd in 2012. Lesson learned. Moving forward, I’ll go to South Charlotte Mercedes for my purchase and service needs - no matter how far the drive is.
Expensive as you can imagine but not that bad. Great coffee in the waiting area. Like doctors, great at making appointments not so great at keeping them.
I had my car tinted at another Mercedes dealership and apparently Mercedes doesn't honor another dealerships work. After my car failed the NC state test for the tint being too dark the dealership just said "it wasn't us" How about that for customer service and I called the dealership to confirm two times I didn't need to make an appt to have my windows rechecked after I paid for a new tint job. EVERYONE said no, when I went to dealership they asked "why didn't I make an appt" COME ON
Went to northlake because backup camera stopped work they told me my control system was bad 2000.00 before taxes got second opinion it was mp3 player cost 150.00 to fix these guys like to replace with new parts rather than find problem you have to get 2nd opinion with them the service guys get payed when you spend money so they convince customers to spend more this was not the first time this happened to me at this location
