I made an appointment to meet with the sales manager to purchase a used vehicle I had seen on the Web site. Three brothers-in law, a father-in-law, and a best friend have been car dealers so I am fairly familiar with car dealers and their practices. I use MB Northlake because of the great service they provide. I have tried the others in Charlotte and have not been impressed. Northlake is very much out of my way, but with the service they provide I will keep going back.
