Thank you guys for always taking care of me! Ryan Spielman and Nick Collins are both so nice! They come pick my car up & leave me a loaner every time I get my car serviced because I am so busy and their dealership is over an hour away from me. Great customer service & even if im not happy with something, they always make it right. I've been buying Mercedes & having them serviced here for years & would never buy anything else!

Exceptional Customer Service! Tucker Campion and Garrett were consummate professionals and so kind. First class all the way. Willing to deal too. Thank you for the experience guys! And the concierge (I forgot her name--I'm so sorry, please forgive me!) was exceptional and patient in showing me about my car and all the bells and whistles! She was the BEST! On my first visit in May was not offered and then denied a loaner car when my car was supposed to be in the shop for a "defective" part for over a week. Upon my second visit- again for a "defective" part I dropped my car off after hours & the lock box was locked and I had to leave my key with some random sales person. Again no loaner car was ever given or offered.
