I took my truck there for a recall. They issued me a loaner but I didn’t get my vehicle back for over a week. I had to call to find out if it was ready. I picked it up a day later than when they told me and had to go back because my steering wheel would not adjust. I didn’t have that problem when I took it in plus my vehicle is brand new. So I was instructed to wait. They fixed the problem but I noticed my vehicle was not washed and the inside driver side window inside had prints like someone’s head was leaning on it. I took my car in yesterday because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They took me at the same time, gave me a thorough inspection of my tires, fixed the leak, and washed the car after. Martin, whom I purchased the car from a year ago, saw me in the waiting area. He not only remembered my name, but he showed such care and interest in making sure that I was being taken care of properly.
