Excellent as usual. Have been dealing with Service Advisors Julio Pereira and Ed Salwan for 6 1/2 years. I expect outstanding service, and that's what I get. Obviously, if that was not the case, I would go to another dealer for service. Usually, Julio Pereira handles my two cars. He represents your dealership very well, and is a credit to Mercedes.
The experience was very good , the people polite, and the work was done on time.
