Excellent salesperson clearly described all there was to know about the car and the financing
Excellent. Just basic first service on a new car but everything went perfect. This is my second Mercedes so I have been visiting this service center for about 7 years. Always efficient and that is very important to me. Everyone is helpful and focused on moving you along so I was in and out fast and nothing but nice things to say including my service rep (Ed).
Excellent experience. Have been to see Kaushal many times and have always been treated very well. Frank Beltre was also very helpful in Kaushal's absence.

Overall a very positive experience. Perry was very diligent in meeting our unique needs and requirements.
The key would not start the ignition. I called and said i probably needed a new steering lock. Car was towed in, and a loaner was given. It took over three weeks to get the part needed, which was back ordered from Germany. Willy checked in with me several times, and let me know of the progress. Upon completion of the job, he told me that only one of the two parts that they thought I would need were actually needed after all.
