The professionalism of MB of Morristown has remained consistent over the course of the eight years that we have been dealing with them. We are always welcomed and treated with the utmost respect. Our salesman, Perry Snitkin went out of his way to call us when he found a second car that would meet our needs.
There was a squeaking noise coming from under the hood as well as a "clunking" noise in the front end of my 2012 GLK 350. Both issues were taken care of under warranty and I was provided with a loaner. Max is my adviser and always takes good care of me.
My service advisor Alex Marshall has always been professional and friendly. I am always happy to deal with him!
