I was driving from New York City to Ottawa (Canada) and got a flat driving through New Jersey. Called MB roadside assistance who directed me to your dealership. Excellent response to an unexpected problem (pothole/tire damage). Alex was able to schedule the work with no notice, obtain the needed tire.....bottom line, it took about six hours to get me on the road again. This is the type of response that makes you outsanding!!!!
I had a slow leak in a tire. Alex had the problem diagnosed and expedited replacement of the tire. The work was done quickly, while I waited. I have dealt with Alex for many years, and he has always provided exceptional service.
It is always a pleasure deal with the Mercedes service department. The staff is friendly and service oriented and the drop off/pick up process is quick and easy.
