Willie picked up my car and checked it out completed and gave it a complete A3 service. I love that when he has no rental cars, he will make accomodations to pick my car up to make life much easier for me. My car drives perfect. Willie is the only person I trust at Mercedes there because is honest and trustworthy.

Had a flat tire so required Roadside Assistance and then needed to get a replacement tire. New tire replaced promptly and also conveyed issue about streaking wipers so Willie had them replaced.
