I am very happy with the service I receive from MB service department. I have had three minor incidents recently with my car which needed immediate attention. I came in without an appointment and all were fixed immediately. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to please. Special thanks to my service rep, Alex.

I emailed Alex pictures and a list of spare parts needed, he ordered them, and the job was done quickly at the scheduled time. I had one question on the bill. Before the billing lady could hang up the phone Alex is out there explaining the bill- and of course it was right, and he had done more work than I asked, to my benefit. Love it- no wasted time.
